Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
nustargamecom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Direct. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). nustargamecom does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of transaction. nustargamecom reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. nustargamecom aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the nustargamecom account.
Player funds deposited into nustargamecom accounts are held separately from the company's operational funds. nustargamecom does not use player funds for operational expenses. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected to the extent required by applicable regulations.
Note: nustargamecom does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside nustargamecom's control.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by nustargamecom are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
nustargamecom reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines — in its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
nustargamecom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be honored subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
All games available on nustargamecom are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the nustargamecom platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
